A naive idea for the AI doom debate

The AI doom debate was an interesting topic for the weekend. I thought of a naive enough idea, and I'm just not sure it's really that hard:

1. Mark all the data centers powering LLMs separately from the data centers running the rest of the internet.
2. Separate the data cables for regular internet traffic and LLM traffic wherever possible.
3. Mandate a kill switch on the power and data cables of every data center powering LLMs, physically manned by a person who communicates over analog channels.
