I'm Sandeep Dhankar, a generalist software architect in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most of my career has been about identity and infrastructure: how people, and now AI agents, prove who they are and get access to the right things.

These days I'm building a security startup and advising teams working on security for the AI era. I've spent years on everything from authentication standards to large multi-tenant platforms, and I enjoy the problems where security and usability meet.
